Printed Products for Events - Featuring Bibs and Fans

You will sign off on a proof with terms prior to production. Any questions or quality concerns regarding the type of imprint or base product will need to be addressed prior to purchase.

SAMPLES: Random printed samples available, Material Type A, B or C - available at no charge with UPS account number for shipping, limit 3 per request. Random sample of Material Type D - $10/ea with UPS account number. Stock design paper with plastic backing bibs or plastic bibs available at no charge with UPS account number for shipping, limit 3 per request.

TERMS: Pre-payment required at time of sale. Terms may be available to after credit is established.

NOTES:

- Standard production time 6-10 business days from final proof approval + ship time
- Rush production upcharge: shipment within 5 business days add 15%(z) of order total
shipment within 3 business days add 25%(z) of order total, expedited shipping available
- Due to material properties, Pantone matches are not available, “as close as
possible” PMS add $55(v). Colors shown in samples above not representative
- Electronic layout proof included upon order for all imprinted orders
- Artwork Submission: for one color imprint, send electronically converted to black
regardless of imprint color. Full color send as full color .pdf

- No returns or credits issued on custom imprinted products, full cases, software, food or special orders. Our products are Final Sale. Exceptions for non-custom & non-special order item return for store credit only, may be granted with prior written authorization, returns attempted without a proper RMA# will be refused. ALL claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt. Restocking charges apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. All custom favors are for decorative purposes only. All products are inspected & are in perfect condition upon shipping. Contact carrier for claims on damage incurred during shipping. Any misprinting at the fault of the Ad-Bib will be corrected by replacement only (less overages), no monies will be returned. Ad-Bib is not responsible for color matching, assumptions of the customer regarding subjective issues such as product quality, or shipping delays. Service fee for returned check $35. Work submitted with this receipt is final & not subject to any revision or cancellation. All taxes/duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
