Tool includes plexiglass frame, blades and pusher. Makes a perfect bag each time, frees up both hands for ribbon tying. Great for candy and Jordan Almond favors, rice, bio-rice and birdseed throws, as well as confetti, glitter, potpurri and other treats (sold separately)! Three blades to make layers, page the layers so you can create the perfect favor everytime! These sturdy plates are fastened to the base to quickly align and fan out the different layers of fabric in your design. Center hole is approx 2.125", ideal for inserting larger items. STEP 1 - Open leaves and place ribbon on hinged end of the favor maker base. Center desired tulle or metallic circles over the hole, bring down each leaf to separate the sheets. STEP 2 - Ribbon... Create a well in the center with the tube pusher. Fill the well with the intended favor item(s) and remove the tube pusher. Pull ribbon to front of unit and securely tie around the favor. STEP 3 - Finish... Pull the favor through bottom opening. Finish off with decorative bow.

DIRECTIONS  STEP 1 - Place ribbon through front opening of frame and out of top round hole, slip ribbon under clip. Pull ribbon back into side groves for placement.	STEP 2 - Place circle over hole of frame. Place funnel over fabric and force fabric downward into frame. With finger, push down on fabric to form the bag.	STEP 3 - Using the scoop, pour ingredients up to bottom of the funnel. Tie ribbon around the bag and pull forward and down firmly.	STEP 4 - To use wedding bubbles place fabric over the frame and place bubbles UNDER the funnel and push down. Tie ribbon under the cap of the bubbles.	STEP 5 - To cover only the cup of the champagne glass, cut a 1" slit in the center of the circle and button-hole the stem through the circle. Place the circle and glass over the frame, use funnel to push the glass through the frame, fill cup, and tie off.	STEP 6 - To cover the entire cup, use a 12" circle; place fabric over the frame, place funnel in the cut and push cup through the frame.Fill cup, and tie off.
